SEATTLE, WA (October 16, 2012)On September 19th, Lighthouse's Managing Partner, Brian McManus, delivered the IQPC Information Governance & eDiscovery Strategy Exchange Gala Dinner Welcome Address in Washington D.C. Lighthouse sponsored the annual event which attracts corporate decision-makers and eDiscovery thought leaders from around the nation.

"I think I'm the only thing standing between you and dinner, including some enormous magnums of wine, a dangerous position in which to be..." quipped McManus before explaining how leveraging people, processes, and tools can save money on eDiscovery costs. "If you know how to leverage the people, processes, and tools that are already available - you will save a third on your eDiscovery costs."

McManus' speech covered topics ranging from utilizing software engineers to automate repetitive processes, to taking advantage of common enterprise tools and software. "I am amazed at how few companies and agencies get further embedded with the software company once they've purchased that company's in-house tool." McManus advised attendees to leverage their software to save money as well as to "build a strong foundation from which you can attack the issues that lie ahead in eDiscovery."

The speech, dinner, and entire conference were a huge success. In fact, Lighthouse has already agreed to sponsor the conference again next year!
