SEATTLE, WA (Sept. 28, 2015)Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery services and consulting, today announced its achievement of 100 percent uptime on kCura's Relativity platform year to date. In 2014, Lighthouse brought on an experienced IT executive, Mark King, to create a world-class global infrastructure to service its broad and expanding base of Fortune 500 corporations and top law firms. Since then, King and his team have architected and implemented a new infrastructure and achieved a perfect uptime in 2015, which demonstrates the company's continued commitment to delivering best-in-class service to its clients.

"As a provider to some of the world's largest and most discriminating multinational corporations, there is very little margin for error when it comes to providing a rock-solid infrastructure and around-the-clock availability," said Brian McManus, chief executive officer, Lighthouse. "Mark King's experience leading corporations with similarly robust infrastructures has allowed our team to achieve our goal of 100 percent uptime to clients for the first half of 2015, expand to multiple data centers, and build a global footprint."

As a seasoned technology executive, King brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as vice president of technology services. Prior to Lighthouse, he held leadership roles at American Airlines/SABRE, Williams Company, Getty Images, and NGL Energy Partners, where he led technology organizations by managing petabytes of information and delivering secure high availability solutions in demanding markets such as airline reservations, real time trading platforms, and e-commerce. Since joining the Lighthouse team in 2014, he has ensured best-in-class enterprise performance, availability, and data security worldwide.

"We've worked with Mark and Lighthouse over the years and are very impressed by the scale and operational excellence of their secure infrastructure," said Mike Walsh, SQL Server MVP, and Managing Director at Linchpin People, a provider of high-level SQL Server consulting to sophisticated clients like Lighthouse. "We have a number of law firms and hosting provider clients in the eDiscovery space and their infrastructure and attention to detail is clearly among the best."

Lighthouse uses kCura's Relativity platform to provide clients with a robust, feature-rich, web-based review tool that allows teams to manage complex review projects and tailor their approach for every case. Lighthouse offers an entire suite of proprietary applications integrated into the platform, including the company's time and cost-saving SmartSeries solutions. In addition, Lighthouse has received kCura's Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service Partner designation, kCura's recognition for Best in Service partners that have made additional investments in people, process and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts—all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.

"Relativity Best in Service puts standards in place to really challenge our partners," said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "It's great to see Lighthouse working to provide outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and product knowledge."

Lighthouse continues to innovate and implement best-in-class systems when it comes to their secure and reliable infrastructure. For more information regarding Lighthouse's infrastructure, please email info@lighthouseglobal.com
