Garrison and Lalwani Named Finalists for Relativity Innovation Awards

SEATTLE, August 14, 2025–Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery and information governance services, is pleased to announce that Dawn Garrison, Senior Manager, Proposal Marketing, and Pooja Lalwani, Senior Director, Client Onboarding & Program Development, have been named finalists for the 2025 Relativity Innovation Awards. Garrison is nominated for “Stellar Women” and Lalwani is nominated in the “Access to Justice” category.

“Dawn and Pooja exemplify the spirit of the Relativity Innovation Awards, which recognize changemakers and mavericks who are transforming the industry and overcoming challenges in creative ways,” said Lighthouse Chief Marketing Officer Stacy Ybarra. “They also represent the Lighthouse spirit of using bold ideas to reimagine eDiscovery, review, and compliance, while always focusing on the people behind the technology.”

Garrison is being recognized for her spirit of paying it forward for other women in the industry and fearlessly questioning the status quo. Her accomplishments include spearheading the revitalization of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Women in eDiscovery (WiE), which went dormant during COVID, as well as her work founding the Military and Allies ERG and inspiring a mentorship program uplifting diverse talent at Lighthouse.  

Lalwani is being honored for her work leading Lighthouse’s pro bono efforts, such as the collaboration with Microsoft and the National Veterans Legal Services Program to help challenge “Other Than Honorable” military discharges that prevent veterans from receiving critical benefits. She also oversees Lighthouse’s work with the New York Innocence Project, which is currently supporting three cases centered on uncovering potential Brady violations involving suppressed exculpatory evidence.

Voting for the 2025 Relativity Innovation Awards is open until Aug. 22, 2025. Winners will be announced at Relativity Fest Chicago, Oct. 7-9.
