Chris Dahl, vice president of Product Development and Consulting at Lighthouse eDiscovery, will participate in a webinar entitled, People-Centric Compliance: What Compliance & Security Look Like in the Age of the Customer. During the partner discussion portion of the webinar, Dahl will speak to people-centric compliance and what it means for Lighthouse, specific practices the company has in place, as well as how people-centric compliance will impact our current clients. In addition, he will dive into how Lighthouse plans to leverage the new Office 365 suite and product capabilities to enhance current client relationships.

Nichols brings over 15 years of legal technology experience to his role, specifically in eDiscovery, project management and business analysis. At Lighthouse, he will work to drive revenue by overseeing and growing the European Business Development team and broadening current and future client relationships.

Lynn Reilly, director of Hosted Solutions at Lighthouse eDiscovery, will present alongside L. Julius M. Turman, partner at Reed Smith, a webinar entitled, A State Apart: California Employment Law for Non-Californians. California has some of the most stringent employment laws in the country and tends to be a major hotspot for litigation. Reilly and Turman will address California's unique requirements for employers and how to put in place best practices around these. In addition, Reilly will discuss the types of eDiscovery implications one is likely to encounter and how to best avoid unforeseen issues.

Lighthouse's Brittania Huston, product marketing manager, and David Bruno, hosted solutions project manager, will present alongside Donna Panich, practicing attorney at Ogletree Deakins with a specialty in eDiscovery, at Duke Law School's upcoming eDiscovery webinar. Both Brittania and David will be sharing a high-level overview of the vendor's involvement in the eDiscovery process and projects. They will dive into a mock scenario to show the tools and decisions that play into a day in the life in eDiscovery. The webinar will serve as an introduction for students to law firm and vendor perspectives and processes, with an overarching theme being the power of collaboration leading to the sharing and learning of best practices.
