Summary: What if AI-driven review and privilege analysis could scale to millions of documents while standing up to regulatory and judicial scrutiny? Introducing IQ Review and IQ Privilege.

Legal teams are under increasing pressure to move faster while meeting higher standards for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory defensibility. Review and privilege workflows sit at the center of that challenge.

Today, Lighthouse is announcing the availability of IQ Review and IQ Priv, two purpose-built applications on the Lighthouse IQ platform to deliver litigation-grade intelligence directly into review and privilege workflows.

Built on LighthouseIQ

LighthouseIQ is Lighthouse’s integrated, legal-grade intelligence platform designed to help legal, eDiscovery, and compliance teams understand faster, act smarter, and execute with confidence.

At the foundation is IQ Fabric, which orchestrates data processing, AI, and workflows to enable:

  • Speed and scale across massive datasets
  • Secure, private AI with no customer data retention
  • Regulator-accepted workflows proven on real matters

IQ Review and IQ Priv are purpose-built applications that sit on top of this foundation.

IQ Review: Responsive Review at Scale, Built for Scrutiny

Traditional keywords and analytics over-include documents and inflate review populations, while defensibility pressure continues to rise. IQ Review uses regulator-accepted AI workflows to rapidly identify responsive content and support faster, more confident decision-making.

With IQ Review, teams can:

  • Identify responsive documents using predictive AI
  • Apply issue codes using generative AI
  • Use AI-generated document summaries and rationales to support decision-making
  • Shift from manual document-by-document review to targeted validation and QC
  • Review fewer documents while producing tighter, more accurate production sets

IQ Review is guided by Lighthouse consultants with results delivered directly in Relativity, so teams gain intelligence without changing tools or workflows.

IQ Priv: Privilege Detection and Logging Without the Overhead

Privilege review has traditionally required the same level of effort for privileged and non-privileged documents, driving unnecessary cost and risk. IQ Priv accurately identifies where privilege is likely and automates the creation of editable, defensible privilege logs.

With IQ Priv, teams can:

  • Predict potentially privileged content using legal-grade AI
  • Automatically generate QC-ready privilege log descriptions
  • Support standard, categorical, and hybrid log formats
  • Edit and customize log lines to meet exact requirements

In blind comparisons, IQ Priv produced privilege descriptions that were 12 percent more accurate than contract attorneys, and it has been used successfully in regulatory investigations without challenge.

Designed for Trust and Defensibility

All IQ Review and IQ Priv workflows:

  • Run in Lighthouse’s private Azure-based environment
  • Retain no customer data and train no models on customer content
  • Are accepted by regulators including the DOJ and FTC

Turning Intelligence into Execution

IQ Review and IQ Priv extend LighthouseIQ’s core promise: delivering intelligence that performs inside real workflows, on real matters, under real scrutiny. This is where intelligence meets performance.
