SEATTLE, Wash. (March 16, 2015)Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery services and consulting, announced that Regina Chepalis has joined the company as director of project management. As one of the first leaders to support the eDiscovery industry, Chepalis brings over 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of legal service companies to her new role at Lighthouse.

Prior to joining Lighthouse, Chepalis was the national director at Ricoh USA, where she successfully developed and implemented a go-forward strategy for new service offerings that aligned with Ricoh's overall business goals. This plan included the selection of technology platforms, the launching of new services, the participation in acquisition strategies and partner selections, and the reorganization and management of client services, sales, and operational teams. Chepalis has vast experience within the eDiscovery industry, including being a founding member of Applied Discovery, the chief operating officer at Electronic Evidence Discovery, and an executive for legal services companies in charge of sales, project management and operations.
