Lightyear Capital Announces Investment in Lighthouse

Investment In Fast Growing Enterprise Data Management Sector to Support Growth Strategy.

Lightyear Capital LLC ("Lightyear"), a New York-based private equity firm focused on financial services, announced today that investment funds affiliated with Lightyear have acquired a controlling stake in Lighthouse Technologies Holdings Corp ("Lighthouse" or the "Company"), a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance and information governance. Several existing investors and the senior management team will remain committed shareholders as part of this transaction & Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1995, Lighthouse provides end-to-end software and services to help compliance and legal teams manage enterprise data and the eDiscovery process. The Company enables legal and compliance teams to fully understand their data in response to incidents like litigation and government investigations and in designing programs to proactively uncover the potential for future incidents. Lighthouse clients include Fortune 100 companies in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
