Lighthouse's Lynn Reilly to Present at EDI Leadership Summit

What: Lynn Reilly, Senior Director of eDiscovery Client Services at Lighthouse, will be participating in a panel presentation the EDI Leadership Summit entitled Deconstructing eDiscovery Spend: If You Can't Measure & Manage It, You Can't Improve It. During this panel, industry experts will offer insight on how value-based approaches can maximize the benefits of eDiscovery spend and improve outcomes, as well as alternative approaches to evaluating eDiscovery value. In addition, panelists will discuss the varying effects of a matter's outcome, whether monetary or through exposure to risk, and tools that can be applied to manage value drivers that go beyond cost analysis and metrics reporting.
