What: John Collins, Governance Risk Compliance Consultant, at Lighthouse, will provide an eDiscovery Seminar in partnership with Husch Blackwell this eDiscovery Day, December 4th. Collins alongside Tessa K. Jacob of Husch Blackwell will discuss the implications of Office 365 in the realm of eDiscovery. Topics for this session include the capabilities and drawbacks of Office 365, when and how to give outside counsel access, basic processes such as how to turn on a legal hold, open a case, set permissions, run searches, read reports and export files, tips and strategies for leveraging Office 365's eDiscovery features in various legal scenarios as well as a review of the latest improvements and newest features that will help reduce costs relating to eDiscovery.

This session is geared for in-house counsel as well as Office 365 administrators.
