What: Jamie Brown, vice president of Global Advisory Services at Lighthouse, will speak at The Government Investigations and Civil Litigation Institute (GICLI) Fifth Annual Meeting. In the session entitled Experts as a Matter of Fact - When to Hire an External Witness for PMQ and 30(b)(6) Testimony, Brown alongside Demetrius Rush of Zurich North America and Brittany Schultz of Ford will discuss the increased pressure on corporations to identify the most qualified persons to testify on technical topics and the pros and cons of turning to internal employees or seekingexternal (and often expert) support.
