What: Alison Shier, client solutions director at Lighthouse, will present on a panel of eDiscovery experts at the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Professionals (MALSP) meeting on Thursday, May 20.
In the session, Retention, Collection, and the Risks in Modern eDiscovery, Shier, alongside David Yerich of UnitedHealth Group, Beth Rauker of Medtronic, and Lyndsey Wurst Somsen of Securian Financial, will explore how the influx of new data sources are altering the ways law firms and corporate legal departments operate. The panel will also discuss how to handle new collaboration platforms that blur the edge of work and social communication as COVID-related policies become more permanent.
