Company expanding to New York City appoints key member of leadership team to head office and build local team.

SEATTLE, Wash. (March 10, 2015) Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled eDiscovery and consulting services, today announced that Debora Motyka Jones has been promoted to regional director. In addition to leading the new operations center in New York City, Jones will drive the company's objectives to establish new markets, expand upon their current set of services, and build the Lighthouse brand.

As Lighthouse expands, the company brings operations closer to clients, and their outside counsel, allowing for more direct interaction and consulting. New York was selected because of the proximity to current clients and considerable eDiscovery talent in the region. The expansion opens up opportunities for innovative and driven professionals interested in joining the Lighthouse team. The hiring will initially focus on operational roles such as project managers, analysts, Relativity specialists, production specialists, IT and office support. Interested applicants should view the company's open positions.

Jones brings extensive industry experience and an impressive track record to her new role as regional director. She has been with Lighthouse since 2009 and, as the former director of product strategy and counsel, has made a significant impact on the company's business strategy and results. Some of her contributions include the implementation of a client advisory board, the creation of various avenues of market feedback that influence Lighthouse's strategy, the development and launch of Lighthouse's SmartSeries, the launch and management of the company's strategic partnerships with kCura and Equivio, and the rebranding and development of the company's marketing efforts. In addition, Jones is an integral member of Lighthouse's extended leadership team that collaborates to accomplish the overall corporate goals.

"Debora will be a tremendous asset to Lighthouse and to our existing and future clients in her new role," said Brian McManus, chief executive officer of Lighthouse. "Debora has been a leader at Lighthouse for over four years, helping design our products, playing a substantial role in our client management team, and shaping the eDiscovery industry through Lighthouse's thought leadership; Her presence in New York, and her role in building our team there, will help us further establish Lighthouse as the preeminent service provider in eDiscovery."

Lighthouse plans to open its New York City office in second quarter 2015. For more information, contact info@lighthouseglobal.com
