What: John Del Piero, Vice President at Discovia, a Lighthouse Company, will participate in a roundtable discussion at Today's General Counsel Exchange. On day one of the event, Del Piero and a few other roundtable speakers will present in the fourth session entitled BYOB or COPE. During this session, they will discuss the day-to-day risks and rewards in eDiscovery including wage-and-hour risks, union context, cross-border issues and OSHA.
The event itself will provide practical advice regarding major eDiscovery challenges facing organizations through 10 distinct round-table sessions moderated by leaders in the eDiscovery industry.
