Morrison will speak in the session entitled Proportionality - Sea of Change or Minor Tweak? In this session, Morrison and a few other roundtable speakers will discuss the ramifications of FRCP 26 (b)(1), critical metrics needed from each participating party, proportionality without transparency, whether Oppenheimer is still the standard for discovery scope, and whether proportionality applies to a R. 45 subpoena.
