Sarah Barsky

Sarah has been in the eDiscovery industry since 2006 and joined Lighthouse in 2016 as a leader in the Client Services organization. Recently appointed Senior Vice President of Client Experience, she oversees the Client Services, Client Onboarding, Digital Forensics and Self-Service Support organizations. In this role, Sarah is responsible for managing client satisfaction and ensuring excellence at every stage of the eDiscovery process. She leads the company’s elite team of Project Managers and Digital Forensics experts, directing service delivery and ensuring successful customer outcomes. Her track record includes successfully supervising hundreds of large-scale eDiscovery projects, consistently exceeding client expectations and retention targets.
Throughout her career, Sarah has demonstrated remarkable skill in scaling high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and designing innovative support models that drive measurable value. She is committed to fostering collaborative cultures, developing talent, and relentlessly pursuing operational excellence to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
Sarah’s background includes roles at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, prior to joining the company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University. She recently relocated from Seattle back to the east coast where she spends her free time with her two adorable nephews and enjoys hiking, swimming, and all things outdoors.

Paige Hunt
Paige brings over 17 years of experience in the legal technology space to her role as Vice President of Sales. She excels in developing holistic solutions for both corporations and law firms to mitigate their risks, elevate their experience, and reduce discovery-related costs. Paige is the former firm wide Director of eDiscovery and Document Review Services at Perkins Coie LLC, and former Assistant Director of Practice Support at Fulbright & Jaworski. Paige has also served as an adjunct professor for Bryan University's graduate certificate in eDiscovery. In 2012, Paige was awarded International Legal Technology Association's Litigation and Practice Support Distinguished Peer Award.

Bill Mariano
Bill Mariano is an attorney and Chief Revenue Officer at Lighthouse. In his role, Bill works with Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 100 law firms throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific to help clients improve their strategies for handling complex discovery matters while creating greater cost and control efficiencies throughout the discovery process. Prior to his start in the eDiscovery industry nearly 20 years ago, Bill was a litigator for 5 years, as well as a guest trial advocacy instructor at Seton Hall University where he taught students how to leverage technology in practice. He is also a frequent presenter and author on a variety of topics including: How to Develop an Electronic Discovery Action Plan; The FRCP Amendments: Dealing with Electronic Discovery; Emerging Case Law in Electronic Discovery; and Leveraging Technology to Reduce Discovery Costs.Bill earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
