Lighthouse Women to Speak at Women Who Lead Roadshow Hosted by International Legal Technology Association

March 18, 2022

Lighthouse’s Chief People Officer Kelly McGill and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Nikki MacCallum will speak at the March 30 Women Who Lead Roadshow hosted by the International Legal Technology Association. Showcasing some of the most influential women in legal technology, the Women Who Lead Roadshow will offer insightful and educational discussions about legal tech, women’s empowerment, and more. McGill will speak as a part of a panel on change management while MacCallum will participate in the workplace challenges on recruiting and retention panel.

“Anytime I am asked to speak publicly, I’m incredibly humbled and honored. Especially so when it’s for the International Legal Technology Association. The group of women I’ll be joining for the roadshow are some of the industry’s absolute best,” said MacCallum. “It goes without saying that the legal technology field is male dominated, so events like this are critically important to showcasing the incredibly smart women leaders within the industry of which I’m just one of many! I’m thrilled for this opportunity to connect with other women and learn more about their experiences in the industry and how we can best support one another,” said McGill.

The roadshow will be held from 10 p.m. CT – 4 p.m. CT Wednesday, March 30, 2022. You can sign up for the workshop here.
