Mahoney of Cleary Gottlieb, will discuss how industry leaders are leveraging cutting-edge technology to rapidly identify privilege and reduce their overall spend and risk.
In the second session, You Shall Not Pass: Using AI and Analytics to Guard Personal Information, Jenya Moshkovich of Genentech and Jennifer Swanton of Medtronic will discuss with Hellewell how to utilize the advances in AI and analytics to efficiently identify PII and protected health information (PHI) within large volumes of data.
For the March session, Leveraging Microsoft 365 in a Post-Schrems II World, the focus turns to the Schrems II decision to invalidate the EU-US Privacy Shield and the far-reaching ramifications for cross-border data transfers and cloud computing.
